Fully functional and excellent overall condition; shows some normal scuffing on the back trim, as pictured.  Measures roughly 22" x 14" x 9.75" (including wheels and handles).  Includes only the bag as pictured.  Generally considered a carry-on when not expanded, but restrictions vary by flight.
