Postage costs may increase if the weight and thickness of the letter increases significantly. Buyer will be charged according to basket value and which postage option is necessary: Standard Airmail is available (and pre-set) to select countries only including EU/USA/Canada/Australia/Singapore – If you prefer tracked postage you must choose this option in your basket page *Higher value tracked letter – it may be necessary to send more than one such letter if the combined value of your order greatly exceeds £250.

5. OTHER DETAILS:

International letters will not be posted after the 1st week of December until 3rd January.
UK letters will not be posted after 2nd week of December until 3rd January.
This is due to seasonal postal delays; if a purchase is made after these deadlines you must wait until January for your order to be shipped.

6. CUSTOMS:

International Letters can occasionally be held by local customs offices for a fee (Rarely an issue but can sometimes happen).
Please do not complain to me about customs delays or fees charged as these are both out of my control and have nothing to do with me. Local authorities can hold letters at their own discretion.
If your letter is held for a fee, and you decide not to comply with local customs authorities and have the letter returned, the items can be refunded after they have been received back in full. Postal charges will not be refunded however.
