This apron has been handmade by myself from a genuine 1940’s article and instructions on how to use fabric offcuts, remnants etc to make an apron that would have avoided using valuable war coupons.

Delicate beige, cream, pale pinks and blue fabric with navy embroidery anglaise frills & pocket.

All fabric has been hot pre washed and tumble dried before use to ensure any shrinkage has occurred.

Fully lined bib and waistband to give a neat double thickness of protection.

Over shoulder straps that pick up the waist ties. The shoulder straps can be crossed at the back (see last picture for example) for a snugger or smaller fit. See photographs for the two options.

Apron waist band (excluding ties): 72

Length from neckline to hemline bottom: 90cm

Long waist ties make this apron suitable for multiple waist lines.

Will combine postage for multi buys. Collection from Blofield NR13
