I work hard to ensure a quality product and that you will receive the product you purchase within a timely manner. I examine items carefully and list defects, should I miss something, please contact me before leaving feedback and/or opening a return. I am always educating myself on the expected condition of vintage and antique glass. Sometimes a 'repaired' piece may slip by me. In that event, please contact me and I will be sure to take care of that for you. Most of my items are from auctions/estate sales/out in the wild and even though I hand wash all items, they are vintage/antique and used. Please understand these are not new items.

I encourage respectful and reasonable offers.

Payment: I ship within 3 business day of cleared payment. Combined shipping is offered when multiple items are purchased. Please provide payment within 3 days of purchase and/or high bid. If you do not pay within 3 days, I will have to open a non-payment claim.

Shipping: Items are packed using new and recycled materials as often as possible - bubble wrap/paper/foam/peanuts, etc. I ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx and try to source the very best pricing based on weight, dimension and distance and is sent with tracking.

Returns: I do not offer returns. I do ask that you contact me prior to opening any case with EBay in the event of any issue. Should your concern illicit a return, the item must be returned to me in the same condition it was received. Your refund will be processed after 48 hours of receiving the item and condition is evaluated.

Received Damaged items: In the rare event your item is damaged during shipping (I pack well but accidents during shipping do happen) I require the buyer to send photos of the damaged item, shipping box, and shipping label. This is required so I can submit an insurance claim to the shipping carrier as all of my items are sent 100% insured and photos are requirement of USPS, UPS and FedEx. Your refund will be processed as soon as we have the claim filed with the carrier (within 48 hours).

Thank you so very much for supporting my side gig!!
