Radko: Starfire; Glass; Hand Painted; 1994

I am liquidating my mother's collection of Christopher Radko Christmas ornaments. They are in good used condition; however, since they have been used and have been hung on trees you should expect to see micro abrasions from the needles on the Christmas trees and there may be other slight defects from normal wear. These may need to be cleaned, but due to the delicate nature of the items I will leave that to the next owner. These are the old line of Radko, before Rauch acquired Radko in 2005, and as such these are becoming difficult to find. These were all acquired new and have been used and carefully stored each Christmas. Look at the images; I have tried to include any defects in the images. ASK questions; the more the better. Not all ornaments will come with the green hook attachment as I only have a few of these and am using them for photographing and they are being shipped out with items as they sell; when I run out there are no more.

Shipping: $15 to addresses in the continental United States and higher rates apply elsewhere. ALL items ship with insurance and tracking. Whenever possible, I double box items in order to ensure greater protection in addition to the insurance. Packaging is done like this: 1) item placed into a box with padding 2) that box placed into another box for additional protection with reinforcement on the sides or additional padding between the two boxes 3) shipping box is labeled "FRAGILE"

Returns/Refunds: eBay does a horrible job of explaining how refunds and insurance works so, please read carefully: eBay reimburses buyers and then back charges the seller. The seller has to file a claim with whoever they contracted to deliver the item for reimbursement. eBay DOES NOT reimburse the seller or deal with USPS insurance and the seller needs images in order to file a claim.

As a general rule I do not take returns ... HOWEVER, with Radko items I will issue a refund IF the item arrives broken and the buyer does the following:

1) notify me asap about damage (within a few hours of receiving the item)

2) take pictures of the damaged item and packaging (boxes, bubblewrap, etc) ... AND ... provide the pictures to me so I can provide them to USPS or whoever the carrier may be

3)initiate return process with eBay

4) return the damaged item in the packaging I sent it in (I can reuse the bubble wrap and boxes) ... no need to insure damaged item, it just needs a tracking number
