Very sweet Victorian style baby stroller buggy out of metal and the wheels roll easily. It measures about 3 1/4" long x 1 3/4" wide at the wheels x 3 1/2" tall to the top of the metal hood. The lace hood cover has a blue ribbon. The buggy also has a blue bunting  that the baby tucks into. The baby is lightweight plastic and marked Hong Kong on the back. It has a molded bottle that can be raised and lowered as the shoulders are jointed. The lower half of the body is tucked into a white bunting with a blue ribbon. Everything is clean.
