Staywell® Magnetic 4-Way Locking Deluxe Cat Flap BROWN Wood effect

This is brand new and unused and comes complete with all fittings, instructions, fitting template, collar and magnetic key.  NOTE THE MAGNETIC CATCH DOES NOT WORK. It may be possible to fix this, or could be used for spares. There is also cosmetic damage near one of the hinges, thus does not affect function of the flap, see photos
