Jacket is a zip front closure with a button storm flap. Buttons are old military style sew run (i think)

Outer is a coarse fleece material with a solid backing - assuming to be weather resistant

High collar to keep wind off the neck

Bottom of collar outer has a half zipper to add a hood (no hood is included)

Inner velcro chest pocket

Outer bellows pockets on each that zip close and have handwarmer pocket behind each of them. Bellows pockets are generous sized to hold gloves or gear

Material tag is heavily worn. Extra tag noting Made in Korea

I believe this jacket is a pre-cursor to the original Hydro-Fleece material jackets. 

All zippers work very well. Outer fleece has minor piling here and there as it was worn some.

Only flaw i see is the cinch cord on the lower hem is pulled through one side and has extra cord out the other side. You can feel the end of the cord inside the other side seam to gather and pull back through and the cord ends need a stop button/knot.
