Has been rubbed down ready for painting but we’ve decided to sell instead to make space for a patio.

Mainly in sound condition but needs some TLC as there’s damage to one part of floor by side door, which also has some damage. Tried to show in photos.

Has always stood on hard standing.

Roof seems sound and inside is dry. Some spare felt available. Felt has been replaced at least twice over years.

Perspex in windows needs replacing in at least one window as cracked.
