Good vintage condition with normal expected wear

Plays, but may need some work to restore or play exactly as it should. 

I am not an expert. Grill cloth has wear, as shown in 3rd photo

One leather strap needs a new grommet to keep it closed- 8th photo

Area under one spoon has tape, I don't know why
