This is an old stock certificate from the Rocky Mountain Bell Telephone Company, issued to S. King Bayley for 2 shares on Dec. 23, 1903 and signed by President Geo. Wallace and Secretary Harry Hill (those names are as near as I can tell, may not be 100% accurate).  Certificate states incorporated under the laws of Utah Territory, and embossed seal at lower left has Ogden, Utah - I believe the company also operated in Colorado.  This is one of several different certificates from this company that I have for sale.
