A very rare working example of the famous Leica R-E Limited Edition dated from 1992. only a small quantity of the Barcelona Olympic Edition survive. A total of 5000 were produced with a special serial number A099. They come up now and again on eBay, but its rare. This is a used example and was never considered a presentation piece but used regularly, so please, if you want a pristine one, you may need to look elsewhere. This one is to be used as intended......

The internal meter is working correctly. The battery compartment looks clean.
