Please make sure your system has been prepared for use with DTF ink, this may involve removing parts.

The cartridge may differ in case colour from those shown in pictures as suppliers sometimes change them.

SHIPPING

We aim to dispatch all orders next working day Mon-Fri.

Any orders placed over a weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday.

If you have any question and requirement about shipping, please contact our customer service via eBay Message.

All purchases will include a VAT receipt as we are UK VAT registered

RETURN POLICY

This order is covered by 30 days Money back and replacement policy. If you are not satisfied our goods, you can have your money back within 30 days after receipt.  If you find any faulty cartridges, please contact us by eBay messaging for a free replacement.

NOTICE: All replacements and refunds will be issued only after we’ve received the item back. Please contact us by eBay message before you return any cartridges.
