Front glass is like new condition. There are lens cutting marks and scratches in the rear glass while lens modification. These are not affecting image quality as can see the sample images attached in the last two photos.   

The lens longer barrel enables the minimum focus to 10 to 15 cm of close distance for portrate image and macro photos as in the sample images.  

Lens modified from Rolleiflex 6008 AF to Hasselblad V mount for 205 TCC, 205 FCC, 2000 series with various CFV series digital back  for medium format digital photography. Newer version of digital back supporting shutter unit can be used with his lens with appropriate adapter.
