Brand new   . Got in a camera bundle is new buy I opened to charge Battery to make sure all good.

It charged green light on while charging and when goes out is fully charged .

A hour later plugged back in still charged. However I haven't tested in a camera to see how the charge last ect all I can say is it is all new.

Official Panasonic.  The charger alone is expensive.
