This is a new, unopened, genuine Canon printhead manufactured in Japan (beware of the Chinese counterfeits). Canon does not include ink cartridges with their new print heads. You can install the ink cartridges from your old print head in the new printhead if they still have ink in them. The QY6-0091-020 is compatible with the QY6-0091-000 and QY6-0091-010 heads. 020 is version 2; 010 is version 2, 000 is version 1.

If you end up having a problem with the printhead I sold you, I will give you a FULL refund (or send you a replacement). If the problems ends up being your printer, I will do a partial refund, usually around 80%.
