In the case of my military surplus items I would like to stress that you are purchasing military surplus from around the world. Unless the item states that it is new, NOS condition in packaging items in non or un-issued condition can be 50 years old or more. They will not show wear or signs of use but they have been stored for years and shipped around the world so they will show signs of storage and may have that military surplus smell.

Vintage Czech Military O.D. Waterproof Rubberized M85 Rucksack. I believe these are unissued vintage Czech military surplus but I will just call them Grade 1, excellent lightly used condition. No noted damage or wear. May have minor scuffs, minor storage wear and or minor rust/verdigris to metal parts.. 1960's - 1970's Era old lightly issued Czech military surplus.
