A small chip on the foot. A faint hairline crack under the base.
A hairline crack on the front extending to the lower spout. 
Also a hairline on the inside of the lid, a very small section of which can be seen on the lid, next to the lion.
There are cracks on the 2 sides of the hexagon. All documented in the photos.
