What we have here for sale is a used Lego Ship from 2003.  The ship is in used condition with some scuffs and dust here and there.  The yellow blocks have a crack down the middle ~See pictures #8 &9.  It's missing the ship strings and it could be missing a few more block pieces. It is missing a small gray cannon on ship~ see picure #6. The poster is present, but it has fold marks~ see picture.  There isn't any instructions, except the print out from the previous owner.  The ship has a lot of discoloration, especially the white blocks ~see pictures.  No stickers.  Smoke Free Home.  I will ship it as pictured~ with the ship being mostly put together.
