This is a red metal vintage retractable clothesline holder. I believe it dates to about the 1940s. It can be mounted to the wall. I don't know exactly how it works and therefore it is untested. It measures about 3" tall and 4" wide and is filled with clothesline. Shipping will be $8.50 in the continental U.S.
