Like new, though I was told it was new.  It comes from an estate sale of a photographer in which his family states that much was bought and not used as he had so much, "just in case."  It comes with a carry bag, front and rear caps, and  original paperwork.  Nikon LC-ER1 Made in Japan is on the back of the rear lens cover.  The box is somewhat wrinkled.
