Pair of Japanese cloisonné vases from the Meiji period, intricately adorned with chrysanthemum motifs in subtle blue enamels set against an earthy grey background. The vases feature a baluster-shaped body that ascends from a gently spreading foot to a broad-waisted neck with an outwardly flared rim.
