Hello Spring! Up for sale are these nice Minky Fleece Lime Green Harness Pads.  The breast pad measures 4" X 28" and the back pad measures 4" X "14. They are made of Soft Minky Fleece with Black Marine Vinyl sewn down the middle and 1" Foam in the center. The pads attach to the harness with hook and loop.
