The Lionel Prewar O Gauge 295W Blue Streak Passenger Set is in overall FAIR condition as seen in the pictures provided. This 1936-38 Lionel Streamlined Passenger Set consist of the following:
- Lionel 265E Blue 2-4-2 Streamlined Commodore Vanderbilt and 265WX Blue Tender both in FAIR condition; both engine and tender have been recently serviced and are both in very good operating condition
- Lionel 619 Blue & White Baggage Coach in FAIR condition with interior lighting
- Lionel 617 Blue & White Coach in FAIR condition with interior lighting
- Lionel 618 Blue & White Observation Car in FAIR condition with interior lighting
Even though there are many scratches and some small dent along with areas of paint loss as seen in the pictures provided, the engine, tender, and passenger cars appear to have their detail parts intact and are in good to very good operating condition. The passenger set has been in storage for over (40) years and most likely some minor adjustments might have to be made when initially operating the set. This is still a very collectible Lionel Prewar Passenger Set "AS IS" or for refurbishment.
