Measuring 4 1/4" tall and marked SCHULZ Copr 1958, 1966 United Feature Syndicate, Inc. and with a blue & white label on bottom MADE IN JAPAN, Peanuts Snoopy stand in front of an inkwell. Inkwell is painted with cold paint (which chips easily). Snoopy is totally glazed, no paint chipping. Wear to the paint of the inkwell, please see pictures. On back lower right corner of inkwell, paint wear goes over the edge, so looks to be a chip but does not feel a chip. Approx 58 years old, so hopefully someone will appreciate it.
