We offer free shipping for most of the products sold within the continental United States, unless otherwise indicated in the listing.  Alaska and Hawaii residents will need to contact us for shipping rates.

All orders normally ship within 24 hours of your payment unless otherwise indicated in our listing.  On the rare occasions when we are out of town, our shipping times may be delayed.  When this occurs the expected shipping times will be clearly listed.

International Shipping

We ship internationally through eBay's Global Shipping Program.  Shipping costs and times will vary depending on your location.  All costs and available shipping locations are determined solely by eBay.  If you are unsure of whether eBay will ship to your international location place the item in your cart to determine whether the item you purchased can be shipped to your country and for the shipping cost.

Returns

Please contact us before starting a return so that we can more quickly resolve your issue.  Any returned item must be in the same condition as when it was received by you and returned with the original packaging.  For electronic and computer related products, returns will not be accepted if the "VOID IF BROKEN" sticker is altered or removed.  Returns must be shipped using a service with a tracking number, for proof of return. The warranty does not cover any misuse or physical damage due to shipping or customer neglect.  When returning an item it is your responsibility to properly pack and ship the item to avoid damage during shipment.  If possible take a picture of the item and packaging before shipment so that in the event the item is damaged during shipment we are able to provide pictures for any damage claim filed with the shipper.  If you are returning an item that was damaged during shipment, please provide us with pictures of the box when it was received by you and any damage to the item.
