These hula poppers are in various degree of condition green over white looks to have been used very little although it has been used, skirt is pliable, but it is getting brittle on some of the strands. The green over yellow, I think is an older hula popper and has been used, Missing the skirt. Box is in poor condition but it is there. Please see pictures.
