This is a pretty solid copy of The Phantom Stranger #4 which features the 1st "New Look" Phantom Stranger by Neal Adams. Murphy Anderson and Bill Draut draw the Out of this World backup story. The book is in VG+ 4.5 grade.
The Adams' cover is tightly attached and has a substantial amount of gloss. The centerfold is very tight too, and the staples are shiny and tight. The pages are supple and off-white. And Adams is the best.
Flaws: the lower left corner is badly abraded and there is a tiny chip out of it too. There is a bit of paper loss on the spine near the lower left corner, and there are a number of stress lines along the spine. The upper left corner is also worn and there is a teeny tear next to it, and a small horizontal crease there too. The upper and lower right corners have teeny white tips. There is some color loss along the lower edge near the lower left corner, and the Back cover is moderately soiled along the spine and lower right corner in particular.
The book will be delivered in a boarded mylar sleeve between 2 pieces of cardboard for $5.90 by US Mail, with a tracking number.
