RETURN/REFUND POLICY
- There is no restocking fee if the item is returned unopened (sealed). If the package has been opened, a restocking fee will apply. We are not able to resell a returned opened item as "new". The restocking fee for opened items will be 30% or $20, whichever is greater. The window for any returned (opened or unopened) item is 3 days from receipt of item delivery. Buyer is responsible for payment of return shipping to us.
- All of our items are purchased new from kate spade, therefore any claim that the item isn't as described or isn't authentic, etc... will be charged a 55% restocking fee. Our products are real and you can take them to a kate spade store to have their authenticity verified. Any item showing signs of use or exposure to elements or pet/smoke smells will count as used and you will not receive a refund.
- To return any item, please contact us for an RMA and return instructions.
- Our products are authentically kate spade and have not been sourced from third parties - they've been purchased direct from kate spade and we have packing slips available to verify this upon request. If you have doubts upon receiving your item, you can take it to a kate spade store to verify it is authentic. If you don't have a store available to you locally and you still believe your item to be not authentic, you are required to file a police report with the authority having jurisdiction in your place of residence before returning the item. The police report MUST be filed by the buyer listed on the sale agreement and must accompany your return correspondence. Returns with a claim of "doesn't seem authentic" will not be accepted without this report. If you make false claims that we sell counterfeit goods, you will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
- Since we source our products direct from kate spade, all the products we sell are accompanied by the original manufacturer's warranty and come with the original manufacturer tags and plastic bags/packaging (where applicable). With the exception of sealed in bag items, we check our products to make sure they function as expected prior to sending them out. Any warranty issue will be able to be filed directly with kate spade.
- If the item arrives damaged from the carrier, the customer will need to document this (pictures of the unopened shipping box) and provide this information for us to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Refunds in these cases will not be processed until the claim is resolved with the shipping carrier.
- For products that contain leather: Please be aware that because leather is a natural material, slight discoloration, blemishes, imperfections, scratches, or change in texture may be visible. These imperfections should not be misconstrued as flaws, as this is what makes each item beautiful and unique. As a result, the product you receive might vary slightly from the pictures. By purchasing any product with leather, you agree to this disclaimer. It is our policy that we will not accept returns of products for any reason where the reported issue is due to the nature of leather products. We make every effort to ensure that the product information provided is correct, and that the colors are displayed as accurately as possible. Due to photographic lighting sources or differences in device screen settings (mobile / desktop), we are unable to guarantee that the color you will see on your screen will completely reflect the true color of the product ordered.
