This is a really fun, unique dress from British design duo Peter Pilotto from the 2010s.  It has a very retro futuristic feel to it, as was their aesthetic.  It's made of a super stretchy and thick knit that is very durable.  The pattern reminds me of a circuit board and I think that is the inspiration.  Pair with heels or pointed toe flats.  It is in excellent, pre-owned condition.

76% viscose, 16% spandex, 8% nylon.  Dry clean.  Made in Italy.
