I am offering a Top Quality Rotel RCD-855 Audiophile CD player, based on the famous, classic TDA1541A Multibit Dac and equally famous CDM-4/19 mechanism. This is one of the Best ever implementations of this DAC and Transport, and in fact it handily beats many higher priced Philips, Marantz, Arcam and other Philips based players that I have owned. 
It sounds excellent in stock Form, but this Example has been taken to another level with several Mods, namely:

Modded to NON-OVERSAMPLING (NOS).

LT1361 OP-AMPs

New LOW ESR CAPS OSCON @ DAC.

TDA1541A has got new 680nF film caps for decoupling.

Clock Crystal Stabiliser.

Power supply has got new LOW ESR CAPS as well as Schottky diodes in mains rectifiers.

Muting circuitry removed.

Supplied without Original RC Unit, but it will work with any Philips, Marantz, Arcam, etc, or any Generic Remote Control with Philips RC5 codes, which can be purchased quite cheaply here on eBay or Ali Express. 
The Laser Pick Up will be secured in Place by the insertion of some Soft Foam bits inside the Mechanism, which will have to be removed prior to being Turned On and Used!
It has been one of my favourite players for quite a while but I now must let it go. I have got simply too many players and need to free some space! Please read detailed description above.
