Shipping is by USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail.  I recommend the Priority as it is faster and includes Insurance to $50 at no additional charge.   

I normally ship AM, Monday thru Friday, the day after receiving payment.   I do combine shipping when possible (3 day period).  Depending on weight, only $1.00 per extra item.  Please advise you are bidding on more than one item.
