This lovely two-piece skirt and blouse ensemble from Bill Blass exemplifies the elegance in simple, classic design. The blouse has long sleeves with one-button shirt cuffs, a crew neck, and finished hem with side vents. It closes up the back with large mother-of-pearl buttons. The pencil skirt has a back zipper with hook and snaps for closure and is lined in peach-solored silk.
