Approx. 14" x 8.5". 77 pages, with 24 Unpaginated pages in front. More than half of the pages have little to no usage.  Sold by F.W. Barry, Beale & Co. Stationers-108 & 110 Washington St. and Corner of Elm, Boston. Back and front endpapers are handmade Feathered Marble Papers. Organized by alphabet. Names of Clients/Customers and Store Expenses. Handwritten, with the Title in ink on the pages in Copperplate script. The figures are neatly written in pencil. Doesn't appear to have been used past 1902-unknown if store closed or changed hands. Not many accounts and not a multitude if transactions on some accounts. Unknown what type of store, possibly a General Store. No info on name or location of this store in Massachusetts - includes a brief account for STANDARD OIL COMPANY. Some pages with ink stains, finger smudges, or age darkening.The covers have heavy wear, with spots, scrapes and missing pieces of spine covering and several scrapes on the cover.
