1.The work environment must be ventilation, dryness, coolness and avoiding sun exposure.

2, non-metallic products can not be welded.

3, The tip of the tungsten needle will have slight wear during thewelding process, or the surface layer will be accampanied with a layer of black stains. It is recommended to sharpen or wipe it often.

4,The tungsten needle tip must be aligned with the welding gap,otherwise the current will be biased which can not reach the welding result and will damage other parts of the workpiece.

6, When welding, the tip of the tungsten needle should not touch the workpiece as much as possible. If it is encountered, it will make the machine be short circuit,which will affect the service life of the machine.
