We post as fast as we can. It?s usually within 24 hours but we state within 3 days on eBay in case work or anything else causes any delays. Most of my U.K. postage is by Royal mail! (The eBay shipping programme will use different couriers after I have sent the item to their U.K. warehouse).

I have collected vintage toys for years and they hold a special place in my heart. I really enjoy buying and selling and being part of the vintage toy community. Please follow me! International bidders PLEASE email before you bid or read the below information about international postage.  

International Shipping:

I offer international shipping through the eBay Global Shipping Programme. eBay sets the postage price and I cannot see it. eBay take the money for this shipping not me! I cannot control combined shipping through the eBay shipping program but it may be best to buy items at the same time to get the combined rate through eBay (again I have no control over it!!). For combined international shipping It seems best to add items to your shopping cart and then purchase- laptops/ PC?s seem to work better than the app for this.

Once an item is purchased with the eBay Shipping Program as postage I cannot change the shipping service.

I offer Royal Mail tracked shipping on many items. If this is not present on a listing just message me as I may be able to offer this. I am aware that eBay global shipping is sometimes priced quite high-especially for small items.

Any import tax into your country would not be included on items sent via Royal Mail and you would have do your own research on this.

MY LISTINGS

·       If there is not a 'Buy It Now' price listed, I do not have one so please do not ask

·       I prefer it if payments are made within 24 hours. 

·       Photos are usually of the exact item you will receive unless I have multiples of the item which will show on the listing. If I have multiples of the item, you will get the one I consider to be in best condition 

·       Figure stands are not included unless stated in description.

·       I am happy to answer any questions that you have. If you are not sure of anything, please ask. 

·       Most of my auctions end on Sunday.

·       I take all of the pictures myself. Please do not use my pictures without my permission.

·       If you are dishonest, rude or abusive you will be blocked from bidding on future items.

PRICE MATCHING OR BEATING:

·       If I can, I will price match or beat similar items on eBay!

·       However, with vintage toys there is a lot to think about such as condition and completeness so please bear this in mind and compare like to like.

·       I include postage and packing in most of my items. I also pay over 10% of the end price to eBay along with their transaction fees. I have to pay for packing materials, I have to pay monthly fees to eBay and I also have to pay tax to HMRC! Please consider this when making offers.

·       If an item of mine is the cheapest on eBay and you still try to make low ball offers you may be ignored or your offer will be declined.

PACKAGING:

·       I realise that the items I sell are collectables and mean a lot to people. I always wrap professionally with bubble wrap and boxes or padded large letter envelopes.

·       If I send a delicate small item in a large letter, it will be wrapped in folded cardboard too

·       If I send a vintage boxed item the box will not have new tape stuck to it to close it! I know how annoying it is when that happens!

·       I do my utmost to ensure items arrive in the condition you expect them.

·       I aim to only use Royal mail as they have a much better reputation that some couriers.

·       If the item is too large for Royal Mail I will use another reliable courier.

POSTAGE:

·       I have a Royal Mail Business account and they collect from me nearly every day except Saturdays and Sundays.

·       I try to post as soon as possible. I aim to post within 24 hours but work may sometimes affect this. I sometimes work long hours at short notice.

·       I say that items will be posted within 3 days on my eBay account to be safe.

·       If there is a delay for any reason, I will do my best to message you and keep you informed.

·       For large items I may need to use other reliable couriers.

·       If you need your item on a specific date, please let me know before bidding or buying to ensure it is possible. I always do my best to help out.

·       If you are away or out and would not be able to sign for an item please let me know. If items are returned to me I would expect the customer to pay for a second postage attempt (if they have not advised me they are away or cannot sign for an item).

·       If you want to upgrade postage for the item to arrive quicker let me know and we should be able to sort something out.

·       For a lot of items postage is free. If I put postage on an item I take into account where the item is going, how it is wrapped (I have to buy packaging, boxes, labels, paper, ink etc.) and when it will be delivered. If you are not happy with postage cost, email me to discuss it.

·       I am happy to combine shipping where possible but have no control over this when items are sold with the eBay Shipping Program.

·       Bank holidays can sometimes mean no postage collection as post offices close and this can cause delays.

·       Strike action by postal workers will cause delays and I have no control over this.

·       If you are worried you item has not arrived or has been lost let me know and we can try and sort it out. Royal Mail does not allow claims for lost items until 10 working days have passed. I would ask that you at least wait that long.

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE:

·       International bidders are welcome to bid or buy. I use the eBay Global Shipping Program (GSP) for international postage. eBay receives the money for international postage in this case. I cannot see how much they charge on my listings.

·       They should offer you the option to combine postage if possible. It is best to buy items at the same time for the best chance of eBay combining shipping.

·       I do not have control over GSP and combining shipping. International bidders please always contact me before bidding/ buying if there are any issues with this.

·       I cannot change the postage method once an item is purchased using the eBay Shipping Program.

·       I can sometimes offer a Royal Mail tracked estimate, but postage varies from country to country and there may be import tax for you to pay. eBay takes a percentage cut of any postage cost I add! Therefore, in some cases it may seem a bit higher.

·       Due to the risk of items going missing I am only willing to post tracked and insured to international countries.

·       I cannot state that purchased items are worth less to avoid customs duty as this is illegal and I would not be insured for any loss or damage.

·       International buyers! If you do not use the eBay GSP then customs duty will be your responsibility, please do your research before bidding!

ITEM DESCRIPTIONS:

·       I try to be as honest as I can in item descriptions and provide as many photos as I can. If you have any questions relating to the photos, please contact me before bidding. I may be able to send you more or add more to the auction. 

·       I sell old toys and sometimes the toys have wear or damage. I will always try to describe any imperfections.

·       I would never intentionally sell something that is damaged without describing it or photographing it.

·       I am human and will sometimes make mistakes. I am very honest and will do my best to remedy any mistakes.

·       I do not sell reproductions of vintage toys or reproduction parts.

·       My home is smoke and pet free

MISTAKES/COMPLAINTS

·       I am human and may sometimes make mistakes (it is quite rare but it happens!)

·       If you receive an item and there is an issue with it, then please just contact me and I will do my best to resolve it.

·       It is more than likely an honest mistake that can be resolved between us.

·       Please do not leave negative feedback before contacting me as most problems can be resolved fairly easily.

·       Any rudeness or dishonestly will not be tolerated. If it happens you may be blocked from buying from my store.

·       No drama! I am not a fan of drama so please just reach out to me and we will sort most issues out in an amicable way.

 NO REPRODUCTIONS:

·       I DO NOT SELL REPRODUCTION ITEMS.

·       I only sell vintage toys and will not sell reproduction items

·       I use trusted websites and tests to make sure items are original

CANCELLATIONS:

·       If you cannot pay or there is a problem then please email me! Please do not just ignore the fact that you have agreed to buy an item and then not pay. I can just cancel it and it is not a big issue!

·       eBay will automatically start a non-payment claim if items are not paid for so let me know if you want to cancel! If you don?t then you risk having a non-payment marked on your eBay account

FEEDBACK:

·       Feedback is really important to me. I always do my best to provide a good service. If there are any problems with your order then please contact me first, so I can try and resolve the issue rather than leaving negative or neutral feedback. I am only human and will sometimes make mistakes!

·       I will always do my best to keep customers happy

·       If you are rude or abusive you will be blocked from being able to buy from my shop.

·       If you have a positive experience then please leave positive feedback. If you leave me positive feedback then you should get automatic positive feedback left by me.

·       Please notice that I have 100% positive feedback so bid and buy with confidence!
