All pieces passed the blue light test, which produces a yellow color due to the silica sand ingredient in the glass.
This bundle is pre-loved by my mom. She took good care of them, but they have been used. A few have cut marks from cutting meat, but they are not very visible, and they shine like new. These discrepancies, although few, are reflected in the price. They are very strong and durable. I accidentally dropped a few plates (not in the bundle), and although they clanked each other and landed on the floor from 35" high, no damage occurred.
