From the Riviera Hotel in Las Vegas, and the show "An Evening At La Cage",

 this is an autographed T-Shirt from "The Queen of Vegas", Frank Marino, female impersonator, famous for his impersonation of Joan Rivers.

This was purchased after the show in the early 2000's, and autographed, and "kissed" by Frank himself.

The shirt is a heavy cotton, Fruit of the Loom, white short sleeve, with the special La Cage print.

The shirt was never worn, and has been kept folded in a drawer for 20 years.
