Here is an early PCI Express video card.  It is a silent ATI card from late 2004 made by MSI.  It uses 64MB of 128-bit DDR1 memory and ATI's Radeon X300 graphics processor   It is a standard profile PCI-e x16 card that fits in a single slot and draws up to 36W of power. It does not require any additional power connector.  The backplate includes one VGA port and one S-Video out.

I have tested it successfully under Windows 10 (as a Microsoft Basic Display adapter).
