To customise this Heart Photo Shake, contact us after you purchase via an EBay message and send us the Photo that you wish to have printed onto the heart.

Please only send a high quality image that is more than 1500x1500px / 300 dpi. Anything less will result in a poor quality / blurred image on the Heart.

If you send us a low quality or unsuitable image that we need to crop, we will need to contact you to with the artwork for confirmation. Please monitor your EBay messages after purchase.

POSTING

We only use Royal Mail TRACKED Services to send EBay orders. 

TRACKED 24: Next working day if order placed before 1pm

TRACKED 48: 2-3 Working Days

Once we have despatched your order we will provide a Tracking number which you can use to see where your order is and when it will be delivered. If you are not home on the day it will be delivered, you have the option to change the delivery Date / Safe Place. If you would like a Text Message or Email from Royal Mail when your order will be delivered, please include your Phone Number or Email when placing your order.

RETURNS

As this is a personalised item, returns are not accepted. You will be sent photos of the Product before it is sent for you to confirm that you are happy with the finished personalised product.
