The item has moderate wear and tear throughout it. Has a little bit of discoloration and grime in a few areas. The trim piece around the edges is cracked in a few spots. Overall, it is in good, usable condition. The legs of the table will be disassembled to reduce shipping costs. All pieces and hardware will be included when shipped, of course.
