Used in nice condition and includes the special bolts you need. All bolt turn freely. Says Pontiac Porsche and VW. Measures about 11 3/16 across. Center hole is just 4”. Lays flat and I see no damage but ask any questions about it before buying. This item sold as is. Thanks for looking
