Made in USA. No cracks. 

Has roughness in the inside bottom as seen in the photos.

Measures approximately 7 3/4" inches outer diameter and 4 5/8 inches high.

Looks like someone painted it with black on outside and gold around rim and used for decoration at some point.

Has some pitting and wear overall but should clean up and be a nice piece.
