The folder name is the ‘Custom SKU’ for each ebay item in that folder.
Example: FV2-RD-805-233
FV2 stands for Fiverr
RD is the initials of our photographer
8 stands for B, or Bin so the item is in Bin #05 and we can search 805 on eBay for all items in this bin.
233 is the year 2023, Quarter 3, thus 233. Which is any item listed in July/Aug/Sept (Q3)
The Custom SKU is EXTREMELY important. The 8## number is the most important, that tells us where the item is in our warehouse. Please do not forget the Custom SKU which again is the folder Title that contains the item you are listing.
When you are done listing an item, please take all photos of that item and put in a subfolder called ‘Listed Items’. Each bin folder will have a ‘Listed Items’ folder inside it or one can be created.
If you list every item in a folder, please move that entire folder to the ‘Fully Completed Folder’
This will keep the ‘to be listed’ item folders more organized.
We need all listings to be Scheduled BINs for every upcoming Friday 6pm PST (9PM EST). This allows me time to double check listings and publish them as needed.
If you accidently list an item instead of scheduling it, please change the price to $1000.00 so it doesn’t accidently sell. If you do not know the price of an item, try your best and at the end of the Custom SKU you can write “Price Check”.
If you need information for an item, the weight, the size etc you can make any notes after the Custom SKU and we will get to them. A note inside the Custom SKU box is very easy for us to see.
If you list as much as you can in a folder, but have issues with the remaining items that stop you from listing any more in that folder please add to the folder title (Needs Info). We will then get better photos or more information on those items to help get them listed.

If you are situated in the Midwest or West Coast, a supplementary shipping fee of $3-6 will be incurred due to the longer shipping distance from our base in Richmond, VA. This extra charge will be reflected in your eBay cart.
For oversized items, we might charge extra to cover the shipping cost overages imposed by FedEx or UPS.
For international customers. We are unable to provide specific costs associated with this program or additional country-specific fees. eBay handles additional costs.
