Rare and superb pair of large sconces Louis XVI style from the 19th. Manufacturing bronze. Gilding in very good condition with a superb shine (the gilding has been completely cleaned). The central part is decorated with a fluted barrel with acanthus leaves and surmounted with a Bacchus head. The light arms are flowering branches. This pair of sconces comes from a prestigious auction at Château de Tilloloy (see last photo) in 2017. Probably a unique creation. The chasing is very fine, a guarantee of high quality. Electricity installed and tested, new wires. Wooden candles, good condition. Ready to install (for E14 bulb).
