Going by the style could be from the 1930's -60's. Sitter unknown, Artist unknown but very well sculptured.

The word 'Bronze' has been etched into the base of the bust, possibly to mark this bust to be forged in Bronze.

Condition very good small chips in places, painted to imitate bronze.
