Mandatory dealer fees collected are $37 NYSI, $75 doc fee, $40 fuel charge plus any applicable sales tax/title/dmv fees that are required by each individual state. You can inspect the vehicle's condition but this must be completed before the end of the auction. Call or email to schedule an appointment to view the car. Non-refundable $1000 deposit required within 24 hours of winning the auction, along with a clear copy of a valid U.S. driver’s license.

Notice to Bidders: All of the vehicles we list on eBay are for sale locally. We reserve the right to end an auction early. All cars are immediately ready for delivery upon completion of payment and paperwork.

Deposit: We require a non-refundable $1000 deposit within 24 hours of winning the auction. Please call to make arrangements for payment.

Payment Types: Cash in person, Certified Funds, Institutional Financing (credit approval must be completed before the end of the auction)

Buyers Inspection:  BMW of Manhattan has done our best to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. BMW of Manhattan welcomes a buyers inspection. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Inspection fees if any are Buyers responsibility.

Odometer Readings: Due to demo test drives and mechanical inspections, the mileage of the vehicle represented might be slightly different than the mileage stated when the vehicle was first listed on eBay.

Finalizing your Purchase: BMW of Manhattan will contact the successful high bidder after the auction closes.  Successful high bidder MUST communicate with Jodi at BMW of Manhattan by e-mail jodi.staub@bmwnyc.com or phone (212) 621-1402 within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the sale is not completed within 2 days, we reserve the right to relist this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer.In order to secure bid on vehicle, Successful bidder (BUYER) must within 24 hours of bid closing send to Seller a Deposit in the amount of $1000 by major credit card, cash in person or bank certified funds.  Within 72 hours of bid closing, Buyer must send balance of funds by bank wire transfer, cash in person or bank certified funds to Seller.  At time of sending initial deposit, Buyer MUST email a copy of their State issued valid Driver License. Furthermore, before said vehicle is released for shipment to Buyer, all other Sale related and title related paperwork must be signed and returned complete to Seller.
