About Imao Keinen
Japanese painter of the Meiji and Taisho periods (1870-1915). Studied under Matsumura Keibun of the Shijo School. He received numerous awards, and was especially noted for his flower-and-bird paintings.
Condition: The print bag has light foxing, creasing, and some small insect holes. There is a 2mm hole in one of the illustrations.
