Hi there….. Thanks for your interest in my item.

Unfortunately I’ve recently been a victim of a scammer (hence the recent blip in my feedback).

A person who ordered a vintage magazine from my personal collection, either swapped for an inferior copy or damaged it, to return for a refund. But despite my reservations about the return. (See previous feedback which comments on how well items are packed) I decided not to challenge and promptly refunded.

The buyer turned out to be affiliated with a business seller (who for some unknown reason believes I’m some kind of competitor) And used his personal or buying account to order the item solely to leave negative feedback. Including defamatory comments questioning the source of my own images and further commenting about the information I provide on my listings.

(The business seller had exactly the same magazine on sale himself at the time his affiliate ordered mine, it turns out he thinks I’m copying him. How childish is that?)

Potential customers please continue to…..  Buy with confidence.

I own and have at hand ALL items listed. In the very rare case an item is not available it’s likely to be because it sold on another platform.

I will and always will provide as much information about my items to help anyone interested in the item whether it leads to a sale or not.

ALL images are my own, usually WATERMARKED. Or in some circumstances may be generic images used by hundreds of other sellers across the net. Which I normally use as a (primary image) to deter unauthorised use of my images elsewhere.

As for the condition of my items which are all from my personal collection. I only want to own and sell the best condition items. (Like most collectors  I value condition of an item above all). Which I’m sure potential buyers of my items understand may involve a premium for the rarity or difficulty of finding the item in new or like new condition.

Thanks for your time.

Inside:

Under the leadership of Editor-in-Chief and Creative Director Alastair McKimm, the magazine’s latest edition focuses on the key themes which embody i-D's DNA, that of legacy, mentorship and family, say the publishers; from cover stars Kendrick Lamar and his mentee Baby Keem; to Björk and Arca; Kristen and Lily McMenamy; Ned Sims photographed by his father, David Sims; and i-D’s Contributing Editor Paloma Elsesser and her younger siblings Sage and Ama.

In addition, long-time i-D contributors Willy Vanderperre and Olivier Rizzo have recreated one of i-D’s most memorable covers, from The Inspiration Issue, February 2001 with their current muses Daan Duez and Ilona Desmet, and i-D digs into its archive with a previously unpublished cover from Nigel Schafran’s Teenage Precinct Shoppers series in collaboration with Melanie Ward, originally published in i-D in 1990.

Alongside the cover stories, the issue includes a 65 page special archive portfolio, which explores i-D’s history through the decades. Featuring work and musings from i-D’s family including, founders Terry and Tricia Jones, Simon Foxton, i-D’s former Fashion Director Elgar Johnson, Mark and Tyrone Lebon, Adwoa Aboah, i-D’s former Editor-in-Chief Holly Shackleton, stylist Jane How and a tribute to the late Judy Blame by Juergen Teller and Kim Jones.
