This is a cool RED BAND Scripto-Vu branded wind guard advertising cigarette lighter for Miller High Life Beer. "It's Miller Time-" (VERY NICE DOUBLE-SIDED COLOR GRAPHICS) This rare lighter retains most all of its bright colors with normal wear from age (see pics). The tank is CLEAR with some minor scratches (see pics). This unique piece appears to have been fired. Hinge and cap are night and tight with bright chrome. Item measures 2 3/4 x 1 1/2 inches Displays quite nicely. >^.^<
